The Controller is an entrepreneur operating in the area of providing translation and interpreting services to individuals and corporate entities.

Please be advised that your personal data will be processed for the purposes of cooperation in respect of providing such educational services (later called “Services”).

Any communications whatsoever concerning your personal data must take place by way of the Controller’s address indicated above or the email address: maryleezard@protonmail.ch.

The personal data you submit will be processed to verify your identity and perform the contract regarding provision of the Services as well as to demonstrate to the auditing or inspecting authorities that the requisite personal data protection procedures have been complied with.

Your request that the Controller should undertake certain activities which is sent to the email address indicated above constitutes legal grounds for the processing of personal data (Article 6 section 1 letter b of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive) (O.J. EU of 2016, No 119, page 1).

The transmitted data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Personal data will be made available exclusively to the authorities entitled thereto under the provisions of the law.

The personal data provided voluntarily will be processed for a period indispensable to the performance of the contract indicated above.
